The Infineon IGB10N60T is a 600V, 10A Low Loss IGBT from the TRENCHSTOP™ series. It is built using TRENCHSTOP™ and Fieldstop technology, offering very tight parameter distribution and high ruggedness.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical VCE(sat) of 1.5V at 25°C and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device features a short circuit withstand time of 5µs and low gate charge. Its NPT technology allows for easy parallel switching due to a positive temperature coefficient in VCE(sat).
