The Infineon IDP30E60XKSA1 is a 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage fast switching diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It delivers a continuous forward current of 52.3A at 25°C case temperature and 34.9A at 90°C. The diode exhibits a typical forward voltage of 1.5V at 30A and 25°C, with a maximum of 2V. Reverse recovery time is 126ns typical at 25°C, increasing to 178ns at 150°C, enabling soft switching and low reverse recovery charge.
