The IDM05G120C5XTMA1 is a 1200V, 5A silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diode from Infineon Technologies' CoolSiC 5th Generation family. It features zero reverse recovery current and a low typical forward voltage of 1.8V at 5A. The junction capacitance is 301pF at 1V. It is designed for high efficiency and high temperature operation with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The device is qualified according to JEDEC standards. Applications include solar inverters, UPS, motor drives, and power factor correction. The diode comes in a surface-mount PG-TO252-2 package (DPak) with Pb-free lead plating and is RoHS compliant.
