The Renesas ICS2008BV is a VLSI device designed in a low-power CMOS process, providing timing coordination for multimedia events. It functions as a SMPTE Time Code Receiver/Generator, supporting both Longitudinal Time Code (LTC) and Vertical Interval Time Code (VITC) formats, as well as MIDI Time Code (MTC) translation.
This IC meets SMPTE VITC and SMPTE/EBU LTC specifications.
