The ICM-42670-L from InvenSense Inc. is a high-performance 6-axis MEMS MotionTracking device. It integrates a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer, providing low noise and high stability against temperature and shock.
Key features include user-selectable full-scale ranges for both gyro (±250/500/1000/2000 dps) and accelerometer (±2/4/8/16 g).
