This rack mount panel from Bel Power Solutions, part number HZZ00833-G, is designed for 19" rack mounting of 3U cassette type power supplies. It is compatible with PSS and S Series power supplies. The panel is made of colorlss anodised aluminum and adheres to DIN 41494-1 dimensions, with a width unit of 5.08 mm (1 TE) and a height unit of 44.45 mm (1 U). Tolerances are specified at ±0.2 mm.
Available in various widths including 20.0 mm (4 TE), 25.1 mm (5 TE), and 30.2 mm (6 TE), this front panel can be attached to the converter using countersunk screws. It comes with grey plastic handles for easy pull-out and plastic retainers with captive screws for fixing to the rack. An assembly kit, including a front panel and support bracket, allows for the arrangement of two standard cassettes in a 6U configuration.
Custom specific front panels are available on request. For optimal thermal management when using multiple units, it is advised not to pack them too densely.
