The Samtec HW-18-10-S-D-540-SM-A is a high-temperature flexible board stacking header designed for elevated board-to-board stacking applications. It features 36 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and 0.100" row spacing. The surface mount design with solder termination enables reliable assembly in compact electronic assemblies. The header is constructed with a black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator and phosphor bronze terminals with a 30µin gold contact finish, ensuring reliable electrical performance in demanding environments. The stacker height is 0.540" (13.716mm), suitable for 1.000" (5.715mm) length board spacers. It is lead-free solderable and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making it suitable for industrial and automotive applications. The part is packaged in tubes of 12 pieces.
