This is a board spacer/stacker header from Samtec's HW series, designed for surface mount applications. It has 16 positions (2 rows of 8), with a pitch of 2.54mm (0.100") and a row spacing of 2.54mm. The stack height is 0.250" (6.35mm), as indicated by the part number.
The header uses 0.025" square post contacts with gold plating (10µin over 50µin nickel underplate). The insulator is made of LCP (top natural, bottom black). It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. The part is lead-free solderable and has SMT lead coplanarity of 0.15mm max.
This component is suitable for elevated board stacking applications where high-temperature processing is required. The Flex Stack design allows modified post heights and body positions. It is packaged in tubes with a standard quantity of 28 pieces.
