The Samtec HW-05-11-L-D-625-126 is a high temperature flexible board stacking header from the HW-TH series. It features 10 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 2.54mm pitch and 2.54mm row spacing. This through hole header uses a solder termination and is designed for elevated board stacking applications where high temperature processing is required.
The connector is constructed with a black LCP insulator and phosphor bronze terminals with a gold plating of 0.25µm (10µ") on the contact area and matte tin on the tail. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating, and the part is lead-free solderable. The stacker height is 15.875mm (0.625") with a tail length of 3.200mm (0.126").
The HW series allows designers to specify custom post heights and body positions in 0.005" increments, enabling non-standard board stacking heights. Packaging is bulk. This part is RoHS3 compliant (unverified) and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
