The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish of 30 microinches, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The insulator is molded from liquid crystal polymer (LCP) in natural color, featuring a flammability rating of UL94 V-0 for safety compliance. The header operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. It uses a push-pull fastening system and is terminated by soldering.
