The HTSW-110-08-G-D is a 20-position, 2-row vertical through-hole pin header from Samtec Inc. It uses a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 2.54mm row spacing, with all 20 positions loaded. The male contacts are 0.025" (0.635mm) square phosphor bronze posts with a 10.0µin (0.25µm) gold finish, and the overall contact length is 0.530" (13.46mm).
The connector is unshrouded with push-pull fastening, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable mating with compatible 0.100" pitch socket strips. It is mounted through hole with solder termination and is designed for vertical orientation. The insulator is natural liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0, which supports high-temperature board processing. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
With 0.230" (5.84mm) contact length and a 0.025" square post, this header is intended for classic 0.100"-pitch interconnect applications. The HTSW series includes a variety of standard pin counts and terminal lengths for flexible design integration. This part is supplied in bulk packaging.
