The Samtec HTSW-110-05-G-S is a 10-position, single row, unshrouded header with male pin contacts. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch suitable for standard board-to-board or cable connections. The through-hole mounting style with solder termination ensures reliable mechanical and electrical attachment to PCBs.
Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a 10µin (0.25µm) gold finish, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for high-temperature environments. The push-pull fastening type allows easy mating and unmating.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, covering a wide range of industrial and consumer applications. The current rating varies by wire gauge, so appropriate wire sizing should be used.
