The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold plating of 0.25µm (10.0µin) over 1.27µm nickel. The insulator is natural liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The overall contact length is 10.92mm (0.430") with a contact length of 5.84mm (0.230").
