The Samtec HTSW-105-08-L-D-RA is a 10-position, 2-row male pin header with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing. It features a right-angle, through-hole mounting style with solder termination, making it suitable for PCB layouts requiring a low-profile right-angle connection. The unshrouded design allows mating with standard socket connectors.
Mechanically, the header uses phosphor bronze contacts with a tin finish (10.0µin thickness) and a square contact shape. The insulator is molded from Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) in natural color, with an insulation height of 6.10mm. The push-pull fastening type ensures easy mating and unmating.
The connector is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating for the insulation material. Current rating is dependent on wire gauge, and the header is suitable for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications.
