The HTSW-103-08-F-D is a 6-position, 2-row unshrouded male pin header from Samtec's HTSW series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, making it suitable for standard board-to-board and cable applications. The header uses 0.025" (0.635mm) square phosphor bronze pins with a tin plating finish (3.00µin thickness) and is designed for through-hole soldering. The pins have a contact length of 5.84mm and an overall contact length of 13.46mm.
The insulator is molded from natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, ensuring high-temperature compatibility for lead-free soldering processes. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The header is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type, allowing flexible mating with various socket strips.
