The HTSW-103-07-S-S is a high-temperature, 3-position, single-row, unshrouded header from Samtec's HTSW series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for through-hole solder mounting. The header uses phosphor bronze contacts with a tin plating over a 50µin nickel underplate, ensuring reliable conductivity and solderability.
The insulator is molded from natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, making it suitable for high-temperature board processing. The header has a push-pull fastening type and is unshrouded, allowing for flexible mating with various socket strips and cable assemblies.
Electrical ratings include a voltage rating of 550 VAC and a current rating of 5.7 A per pin when mated with Samtec SSW series socket strips. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C for tin-plated versions.
This header is packaged in bulk and is lead-free solderable, compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. It is ideal for board-to-board and cable-to-board applications requiring a compact, reliable interconnect solution.
