The Samtec HTSW-101-07-L-S is a 1-position single row unshrouded male pin header from the HTSW series of high-temperature PCB header strips. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and a through hole mounting style with solder termination. The contact is a square male pin made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (0.25µm). The insulator is natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. This unshrouded header supports board-to-board or cable connections and mates with Samtec socket strips such as SSW, SSQ, ESW, and BCS. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The current rating is 5.2A per pin (when mated with ESW, 2 positions powered) and the voltage rating is 550 VAC (when mated with SSW). The overall contact length is 10.92mm (0.430") with a mating contact length of 5.84mm (0.230"). The part is lead-free solderable per the datasheet.
