The Samtec HTST-110-01-T-DV is a 20-position, dual-row shrouded header from the HTST series of high-temperature terminal strips. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, with square male pins that have a contact length of 6.35mm (0.250") and a tin finish over 50 µ" nickel underplate. The insulator is made of natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0.
This header is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications and mates with Samtec IDSD and HCSD IDC socket assemblies. It uses a push-pull fastening system and includes a keying slot for polarization. The surface mount termination (lead style -01) allows for SMD assembly, and the part is lead-free solderable.
Electrical ratings include 3.4A per contact current capacity, 425 VAC / 600 VDC voltage rating, and a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ.
