The Samtec HTST-110-01-L-DV is a high-temperature shrouded header connector designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features 20 positions arranged in two rows with a 2.54mm pitch and row spacing. The connector uses a 4-wall shrouded design with a push-pull fastening type and includes a keying slot for proper alignment.
The header is surface mount compatible with solder termination and a lead style -01. The insulator is made of natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0. Contacts are phosphor bronze with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold plating on the mating post and matte tin on the termination tail.
Electrical ratings include 3.4A per contact current rating and 425 VAC / 600 VDC voltage rating. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. Insulation resistance is 5000 MΩ minimum. The part is lead-free solderable as confirmed by the datasheet.
