The HTST-108-01-S-DV is a 16-position, 2-row shrouded header with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It uses male pin contacts made of phosphor bronze with a Tin finish (30µin) and is housed in a natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator rated UL94 V-0.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 3.4A per contact, voltage rating of 425 VAC / 600 VDC, and insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ minimum. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C for Tin plating, as per the datasheet. The header features a shrouded 4-wall design with push-pull fastening and a keying slot for polarization.
