The Samtec HTST-105-01-L-DV is a high-temperature shrouded terminal strip from the HTST series, featuring 10 positions arranged in 2 rows on a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. This surface mount (SMT) header uses solder termination and employs a 4-wall shrouded design with push-pull fastening and a keying slot for alignment. The insulator is made of natural Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the contacts are phosphor bronze with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the termination tails.
Electrically, each contact is rated for 3.4A current, with a maximum voltage rating of 425 VAC / 600 VDC. The insulation resistance is at least 5000 MΩ. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C for gold plating options. This connector is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications and mates with Samtec IDSD, HCSD, and SMSD cable assemblies.
