Electrical performance includes a withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS and minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10µ" gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail, providing reliable conductivity and solderability. The insulator is Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.

 

This header is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and mates with Samtec socket strip series including SSW, SSQ, ESW, ESQ, SSM, and BCS. It is packaged in tubes of 10 pieces and is RoHS3 compliant, REACH SVHC-free, and halogen-free per JS-709C. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 (unlimited).
