The Samtec HTSS-105-01-L-DV is a 10-position, 2-row shrouded header from the HTSS series, designed for board-to-board or cable applications. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 2.54mm row spacing, with surface mount termination and solder tails. The insulator is made of natural PCT (Polycyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the contacts are phosphor bronze with 10µin gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail.
This header has a withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS and a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with gold plating. The 4-wall shrouded design provides polarization and includes a keying slot for alignment. It mates with Samtec SSW, SSQ, ESW, ESQ, SSM, and BCS series connectors.
The component is lead-free solderable (HTSS series) and RoHS3 compliant. The surface mount package allows for automated assembly, and the natural color insulator provides visual contrast for inspection.
