The HSP062-2M6 is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for protecting high-speed data lines. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 3V and a typical clamping voltage of 18V. With a peak pulse current rating of 3A (8/20µs), it provides robust protection for Ethernet and HDMI interfaces.
