The HSP061-8M16 is an 8-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array from STMicroelectronics, designed for ESD protection in high-speed data lines. It features a typical clamping voltage of 14V and can handle peak pulse currents up to 3A under 8/20µs conditions. With an ultra-low capacitance of 0.6pF across a frequency range of 200MHz to 3GHz, this device is optimized for HDMI and other high-speed interface protection without signal degradation.
