The HSP061-4M10Y is a steering (rail to rail) TVS diode designed for ESD protection in high-speed data lines. It offers 4 unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 15V at 1A (8/20µs pulse). The device features ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.6pF at 1MHz, making it ideal for preserving signal integrity in applications such as HDMI and automotive interfaces.
Packaged in a compact 10-UQFN (2.5x1) surface-mount package, the HSP061-4M10Y supports power line protection and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The steering topology provides rail-to-rail clamping for differential signal pairs. With RoHS3 compliance and MSL level 1, it is suitable for lead-free soldering processes.
