The HSP051-4N10 is a 4-channel unidirectional steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from STMicroelectronics, designed to protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient overvoltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.6 V and a clamping voltage of 10 V, with a peak pulse current rating of 1 A (8/20 µs).
With an ultra-low capacitance of 0.4 pF across a frequency range of 200 MHz to 2.5 GHz, this device is optimized for high-speed signal integrity in HDMI applications. The rail-to-rail steering architecture provides robust protection for differential pairs and control lines.
