The Avago Technologies HSMS-286Y-TR1G is a microwave Schottky detector diode designed for RF/ID and RF tag applications, as well as large signal detection, modulation, RF to DC conversion, or voltage doubling.
This diode offers high detection sensitivity, with typical values of 50 mW/uW at 915 MHz, 35 mW/uW at 2.45 GHz, and 25 mW/uW at 5.8 GHz. It operates within a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and has a peak inverse voltage rating of 4V.
