The Avago Technologies HSMF-C116 is an ultra-small surface mount tricolor chipLED, ideal for applications requiring close pitch assembly, portable devices, and wearables. This component utilizes high-intensity AlInGaP red die and InGaN green and blue dice, mounted on a PCB substrate with a black surface to enhance contrast.
