The HR30-6P-6S(31) is a circular connector plug from Hirose Electric's HR30 series. It features 6 power contacts (female sockets) arranged in a keyed orientation to prevent misalignment. The connector uses a push-pull fastening mechanism for secure mating and includes a backshell, coupling nut, and strain relief for cable management. Termination is via solder cup, suitable for field-installable wiring. The shell is made of Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) with a black color, and contacts are gold-plated for reliable conductivity. The connector is rated for a current of 2A per contact and can withstand 100VAC or 140VDC. It is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and offers IP67 and IP68 protection against dust and water immersion, making it suitable for outdoor or harsh environments. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C, and the material flammability rating is UL94 V-0. The cable opening accommodates diameters from 4.20mm to 5.00mm. This connector is unshielded.
