The HMC8038LP4CETR is a high-isolation, nonreflective, Silicon Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) RF switch designed for operation from 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz. It features a low insertion loss of 0.8 dB typical and high isolation of 60 dB typical, making it suitable for demanding RF applications.
This switch handles power up to 34 dBm through the path and 29 dBm in the terminated path. It offers excellent linearity with a P0.1dB of 35 dBm typical and an input third-order intercept (IP3) of 60 dBm typical.
