This switch handles power up to 34 dBm through the path and 29 dBm in the terminated path. It offers excellent linearity with a P0.1dB of 35 dBm typical and an input third-order intercept (IP3) of 60 dBm typical. The device operates on a single positive supply voltage ranging from 3.3 V to 5 V and is compatible with 1.8 V control logic.

 

Designed for surface mounting, the HMC8038LP4CETR comes in a compact 16-lead LFCSP package measuring 4 mm x 4 mm. It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The switch also includes ESD protection rated at 4 kV HBM and 1.25 kV CDM.
