The HMC7543 from Analog Devices is a monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) medium power amplifier designed for E-band communications. Operating from 71 GHz to 76 GHz, this gallium arsenide (GaAs) pseudomorphic (pHEMT) amplifier offers a typical gain of 21.5 dB and an output power for 1 dB compression (P1dB) of 25 dBm. It also provides a saturated output power (PSAT) of 26.5 dBm and an output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 30 dBm.
