The HMC717ALP3ETR is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier from Analog Devices, ideal for fixed wireless and LTE/WiMAX/4G basestation front-end receivers. It operates within the 4.8 to 6.0 GHz frequency range.
