The HMC547ALP3E is a general-purpose broadband, high-isolation, non-reflective GaAs MMIC SPDT switch. It covers a frequency range from DC to 20 GHz, offering excellent performance characteristics.
Key electrical specifications include a low insertion loss of 1.8 dB at 10 GHz and 2.5 dB at 20 GHz. The switch provides high isolation, with up to 50 dB up to 5 GHz and 40 dB up to 15 GHz. It also features a typical input power for 1 dB compression of 24 dBm and a typical IIP3 of 45 dBm.
