The HMC536MS8GE is a GaAs MMIC positive control T/R switch designed for applications operating from DC to 6 GHz. It features a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB and high isolation of 27 dB, making it suitable for demanding RF applications.
This switch is ideal for cellular/PCS/3G infrastructure, ISM/MMDS/WiMAX, CATV/CMTS, and test instrumentation. It supports positive voltage control with 0/+3V or 0/+5V at low DC currents. The device is housed in an 8-lead MSOP8G surface mount package with an exposed ground paddle.
