The HMC400MS8 from Hittite Microwave is a high dynamic range passive MMIC mixer designed for the 1.7 to 2.2 GHz frequency range. This GaAs MMIC mixer is housed in an ultra-small 8-lead Mini Small Outline Package (MSOP) with a surface mount configuration.
