The Samtec HLE-108-02-S-DV-LC-TR is a 16-position, 2-row receptacle from the HLE series. It is designed for surface mount soldering and features a push-pull fastening type with a board lock for secure attachment.
The connector has a pitch of 2.54mm (0.100") and row spacing of 2.54mm. It is rated for 4.1A per pin (with 2 pins powered) and 400VAC. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer, and contacts are beryllium copper with gold flash on the mating surface and matte tin on the termination tails.
The HLE series is designed to mate with Samtec TSW, MTSW, DW, EW, ZW, TLW, TSM, MTLW, and HW series headers. The locking clip option (LC) provides additional retention. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
The component is lead-free solderable and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). RoHS and REACH compliance are indicated but unverified. The datasheet confirms lead-free solderability.
