The Samtec HLE-108-02-L-DV-A-P is a 16-position board-to-board receptacle from the HLE series. It features a dual-row configuration with 2.54mm pitch and 2.54mm row spacing. Contacts are beryllium copper with 10µin gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the tails, ensuring reliable signal integrity and solderability. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP).
Electrical ratings include 4.1A per pin (2 pins powered) and 400VAC. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The connector supports pass-through insertion depths from 1.78mm to 3.43mm. It is designed for surface mount soldering and includes a metal pick-and-place pad for automated assembly. An alignment pin aids in accurate placement.
This receptacle mates with Samtec header series such as TSW, MTSW, TSM, and others, making it suitable for various board-to-board stacking applications. The push-pull fastening type ensures secure connection without additional hardware. The part is lead-free solderable and available in tape and reel packaging.
