The Mini-Circuits HFCN-1200+ is an LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) high pass filter designed for RF applications covering 1220 to 4600 MHz. With a 50 Ohm impedance and a typical 3dB cutoff frequency of 1180 MHz, this 7-section filter provides high rejection in the stop band, achieving 40 dB typical rejection at 750 MHz and 20 dB typical rejection at 910 MHz.
In the pass band, insertion loss is 1.3 dB maximum from 1380 to 4000 MHz, with typical values as low as 0.44 dB at 3200 MHz. Typical VSWR is 1.5:1 across 1300-3200 MHz. The filter can handle up to 7W RF input power at 25°C (derating linearly to 3W at 100°C).
Constructed using LTCC technology, the HFCN-1200+ is temperature stable and hermetically sealed, making it suitable for demanding environments. It is supplied in a compact surface-mount FV1206 case (4-SMD, no lead) measuring 3.20 mm x 1.60 mm x 0.94 mm and weighing just 0.020 grams. The component is compatible with standard tape and reel packaging (F71).
