The HER304-TP is a 3 Amp high efficient rectifier diode from Micro Commercial Components, part of the HER30x series. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 300V and an average forward current of 3A. The diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. Forward voltage is 1.3V maximum at 3A, and reverse leakage current is 10µA at 25°C and 200µA at 100°C. Junction capacitance is typically 80pF at 4V and 1MHz. The device is packaged in a DO-201AD axial lead, through-hole package, and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. The part is RoHS compliant with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited).
