The HER302-T is a 3.0A high efficiency rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the HER301-HER305 series. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward rectified current of 3.0A at 50°C ambient with 9.5mm lead length.
This fast recovery diode offers a reverse recovery time of 50ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. It can handle peak forward surge currents up to 125A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). The forward voltage drop is typically 1.1V at 3.0A DC.
The device is housed in a molded plastic DO-201AD axial lead package, with plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The plastic material is rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. Operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
Note: This series is discontinued and not recommended for new designs. Diodes Incorporated suggests the UF3001-UF3007 series as replacement.
