The HDMIULC6-2P6 is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for protecting high-speed data interfaces. It features two unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 17V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 5A under 8/20µs waveform. With a low capacitance of 0.85pF at 825MHz, it is suitable for Ethernet and HDMI applications. The component is surface mountable and available in SOT-563 and SOT-666 packages. It includes power line protection and is RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
