This switch boasts a wide -3dB differential bandwidth of 7 GHz and excellent dynamic characteristics, including crosstalk of -35 dB and isolation of -21 dB at 3 GHz. It also features low insertion loss of -1.6 dB and a return loss of -12 dB, with a maximum bit-to-bit skew of 5 ps.

 

The HD3SS215IRTQR operates within a VDD range of 3.3V ±10%. It is available in commercial (0°C to 70°C) and industrial (-40°C to 85°C) temperature ranges. The device supports HPD, AUX, and DDC switching, and includes an output enable (OE) pin to reduce power consumption in standby mode.
