HCS370T/SL

The HCS370T/SL from Microchip Technology is a specialized integrated circuit designed for secure Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) and remote control systems. It utilizes KEELOQ® code hopping technology to provide high security, ensuring each transmission is unique and preventing code scanning or grabbing.

This encoder features two programmable 32-bit serial numbers, two programmable 64-bit encoder keys, and two programmable 60-bit seed values. It supports a transmission code length of 67/69 bits and a 32-bit hopping code. The device operates within a voltage range of 2.05V to 5.5V and consumes a typical supply current of 1 mA. It offers six button inputs, providing access to 15 functions, and supports four selectable baud rates.

The HCS370T/SL is housed in a compact 14-SOIC package with surface mount mounting type. Its dimensions are 8.65 mm in length, 3.9 mm in width, and 1.25 mm in height. The operating temperature range is from 0°C to +70°C. Additional features include on-chip EEPROM, an on-chip tuned oscillator with ±10% tolerance, and internal pull-down resistors on button inputs.
