The Harwin H3194-05 is a female receptacle PCB socket designed for interfacing components with Ø1.00mm pins to printed circuit boards. It features a straight through-hole mounting orientation and gold finish on both contact area and termination. The socket accepts pin diameters from 0.90mm to 1.05mm. With a total length of 13.35mm and a shoulder height of 4.6mm, it is suitable for board stacking applications.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 10.0A at 25°C ambient and 7.5A at 85°C ambient. Contact resistance is 10mΩ initial and 25mΩ after conditioning. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. Mechanical durability is 1000 operations for gold contacts and 100 operations for tin contacts. The clip retention force is minimum 18N, and insertion force is maximum 9.0N with a withdrawal force minimum 1.0N.
The socket is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). It is designed for high-reliability interconnections in harsh environments.
