The H3161-05 is a straight through-hole female receptacle PCB socket from Harwin, designed to interface components with Ø1.00mm pins to printed circuit boards. It accepts pins from 0.89mm to 1.05mm in diameter. The socket features a gold finish on both the contact area and termination, with a contact finish thickness of 5.90µin (0.150µm). Its total length is 5.25mm and the flange diameter measures 2.34mm. A knurled body provides mechanical board retention; soldering is still required for the electrical connection. The socket is rated for a maximum current of 10.0A at 25°C ambient and 7.5A at 85°C ambient. Contact resistance is 10mΩ initial and 25mΩ after conditioning. It is rated for at least 1000 operations with gold finish. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The socket meets environmental classification 55/125/21 and has been tested to withstand vibration from 10Hz to 2000Hz at 10G for 6 hours.
