The Harwin H3155-01 is a sub-miniature female receptacle PCB socket designed for mounting integrated circuit devices onto printed circuit boards with a virtually zero above-board profile. It accepts pin diameters from 0.46mm to 0.51mm (0.018" to 0.020").
The socket features a beryllium copper contact with four contact fingers and a gold finish on the contact area (3.94µin thickness) with a tin finish on the termination. The closed body design eliminates solder wicking. The total contact length is 3.61mm with a socket depth of 3.15mm.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 2.0A at 25°C ambient and 1.75A at 85°C ambient. Initial contact resistance is 15mΩ maximum, and after conditioning it is 25mΩ maximum. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The socket is rated for 500 mating operations with the gold contact area.
Mounting is through-hole with a solder termination. The flange diameter is 1.45mm and the mounting hole diameter is 0.99-1.09mm. The socket is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
