The Harwin H2105B01 is a through hole PC pin designed for single post connector applications. It features a 0.032" (0.81mm) diameter brass contact with a bright tin finish. The swage termination provides additional mechanical retention when inserted into the PCB.
The pin is intended for use with a board thickness of 0.063" (1.60mm) and requires a mounting hole diameter of 0.052" to 0.056" (1.32mm to 1.42mm). The flange diameter is 2.39mm, and the overall length is 6.93mm (with a manufacturer-specified pin length of 4.32mm).
This non-insulated, single end terminal is suitable for general purpose wire-to-board connections, test points, or programming headers. The brass contact material ensures reliable conductivity, while the tin plating offers corrosion resistance and solderability.
