The Vishay Dale H11D1 is an optocoupler designed for signal transmission between electrically separated circuits. It utilizes a GaAs infrared emitting diode coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, housed in a plastic DIP-6 package.
Key electrical characteristics include a very high collector emitter breakdown voltage (BVCEO) of 300V and an isolation test voltage of 5000 VRMS. The device operates with a forward current of up to 60 mA and offers a minimum current transfer ratio of 20% at 10mA. Its Vce saturation is a maximum of 400mV.
