This ams OSRAM OSLON SSL 150 series LED is a high-power, single-color yellow LED designed for applications requiring excellent optical and thermal performance. It operates at a forward voltage of 2.2V and can handle a maximum forward current of 1000mA. The LED offers a luminous flux of 76 lm and a dominant wavelength of 593nm.
With a wide radiation pattern and a 150° viewing angle, this LED is suitable for use with reflectors and for diffuse and color mixing designs.
